When will people realise that equality is often a euphemism for self interest. Equally, these people do the movement for real equality no good at all. It is ironic because Britain is one of the most "equal" societies in the world and we have allowed people who's own culture rejects womems rights and promotes homophobia to have a voice in our society. I'm very confused.

This woman has received nothing but condemnation from any quarter - left and right - yet the highlighted comment above seems to suggest that you're under the impression that the left support her comments. Which can't be right as it's a mistake that surely only the most simple minded of fools would make - and you clearly don't fit that description. Unless it's not a well thought out comment but a throwaway line that's intended to just rile and annoy, which would be quite moronic and also doesn't sound like the kind of thing you would do. As I said, I'm very confused....

Yes - it was on Twitter (before the page got pulled) and she has actually admitted it to the press. But she claims it was "a joke between friends"
