Take a bow, Ed Davey.

The 'tory removal service' van.

Funny and straight to the point.

Lib Dems 'Net Zero' zealots led by a chap with 'Net Zero' charisma.

I have nothing more to add to this debate.I spend enough of my precious time outside of HOL aiming my fire at opposition parties and politicians who are subjected to an avalanche of fustigation with some asperity.

Greens, Labour, Lib Dems all anathema to me.
But then again I am a dyed-in-the wool Conservative on the right of the party who has been labelled a "Narrow-minded bigot" and other terms which were not said to be complimentary.

In the final analysis I have a hide akin to a Pangolin's undercarriage and perhaps they could have referred to me as 'Deck chair' as I don't fold under pressure.

And your completely unconditional support for a party that have screwed you and the rest of the country over time and time again is a huge reason we're in the mess we are.

I genuinely do not understand what their policies are. I get they want a clean environment but they seem to be against everything and for nothing practical.

So until they make an effort to come out with some sensible policies they are just a bunch of protestors.

I don't mean this to sound accusatory, but if you really want to know it's not difficult to find: [Link]

If coming out with sensible policies is what will get you voting for someone, I think you may as well stay home at the next GE

Outside of HOL,I have answered this 'Charge' with unrelenting invective numerous times unable to bridle my tongue. I am not minded to repeat my repudiation of such lacerating attacks on my party.
We will have to agree to disagree. Happy New Year.

The tories have been so bad there will have to be a truth commission.

Basically to find out if they were ever capable of telling it.

Day one of the new term and Sunak and Cleverly are lying their heads off and everyone knows it.

Followed by a damaging junior doctor's strike they could have settled a year ago at less than half the money.

But then these are the sort of hard working under-valued people necessary to society.

Something the tories could never be.

Actually I don't have to do anything. If they want my vote then they need to do the work and explain themselves better.

But I think you're right I can't see myself voting at the next GE.

Possibly the worst and most embarrassing beginning to a campaign I've seen.
Most people have never heard of Sir Ed Davey, and he came across as a total bellend.

Voting Reform is the only sensible choice.

Sunak is toast. Starmageddon will set us back decades.

I accept that a number of right-leaning Conservatives will place their 'X' against the name of the Reform UK candidate.

In terms of the 'Reform UK' party, I concluded that their press conference yesterday was as dull as dishwater with treacle laden platitudes.A load of pabulum.

I am totally in agreement with you regarding Starmer in office.Whenever I ponder on such a dastardly outcome, my face drops as though sucked down a plughole.

I agree that the Reform leadership is hardly ideal or exciting.

The trouble for me is that last time, UKIP did a deal with Boris not to contest in some constituencies and that has resulted in where we are now.
More immigration, no control of borders, Brexit only in name, and so on.
It wouldn't be a bad thing in my view if a good chunk of the Tory left lost their seats, given that the election is probably a forgone conclusion.
Conservatism should stand for the preservation of what it means to be British, not bean counting.
