Todays first download is a set by Steely Dan that was recorded in Toronto, Canada in July 2011. This is in superb quality and is a great soundboard recording. Bootlegs in good quality by Steely Dan are very, VERY rare. I was amazed when I saw this one... Steely Dan don't play a lot of gigs these days and new material is very rare as well. Donald Fagen and Walter Becker are on great form for this show and are both unusually chatty. Some classic tracks as well - a really great show and a must have for any Steely Dan fans.... Todays second download is a set by Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow that was recorded in Dusseldorf, Germany in 1995. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a TV broadcast Audio Rip. This is a great show and the band play a top set which includes some classic tracks from Ritchies days with Deep Purple. If you like Rainbow - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a bootleg of demos and outtakes by Donovan. These are in superb quality - the audio taken from the studio master tapes, which have been remastered. Incredible sound quality. Donovan plays a selection of tracks in the studio - including the technician chat - exactly as it happened. I've posted a few Donovan boots lately - this is probably the best sounding - thoroughly recommended.
