I do agree CA is a slight upgrade on what we have. JPM for me is sub standard but I actually think OE is an excellent finisher but the rest of his play is letting him down.

If OE played 38 full games, I have confidence he would finish the season on 13-15 goals and his all round play would improve from being viewed as the main man.

Adams' all round play is considerably better but he's getting you 10 goals, give or take, over 38 full games. He seems like a rich man's Cameron Jerome (a player whose all round play was under appreciated because of how dire he was in front of goal).

(And of course it would be pretty extraordinary for any one striker to play all game over all the games).

Mateta is somewhere between the two. But maybe he'll bloom late and get some confidence in front of goal having had some time to adjust to the prem.

I think the delay arose because our first choice was Nketiah but that's apparently not going to happen.
