TOM SOARES has vowed to stay at Crystal Palace despite being reportedly linked with Liverpool.
The 19-year-old has formed an impressive partnership alongside fellow youth product Ben Watson in centre midfield.
And after just missing out on October's Championship player-of-the-month award, SOARES is happy with life at Palace.
"I'm happy here," said SOARES. "I'm playing and everything's good. The boys are good and there are good facilities here. I'm happy where I am. I am going to stay and I'm glad they feel that they actually want me to stay.
"I'm playing central midfield and I prefer it there. I feel I bring more to the team from there. I just have to keep playing, improving and stay there.
"Ben and I have played together for a while, with the youth team and so on. We have a good understanding and work well with each other."
