Seen a few threads from Everton fans following their loss at the weekend about how poor Bolasie was and their annoyance at his constant foot rolling over the ball and no end product.

I think at the price they've paid they're expecting a top performance every game.

I loved watching Bolasie and yes at times he was brilliant but just goes to show he's not worth 30m , no end product and inconstant form.

I'm a little fearful he will raise his game on Friday and we could be on the end of a reaction to their loss. However, we too are in good form with confidence so could be the making of an exciting game. Another 2-3 away win anyone?!

Oh. come on. If Everton offered him back at half the price in three months we'd take him in a heartbeat and we would be glad. All over.

They have overpaid as it stands no doubt but if he improves just 5%-10% they will have themselves a helluva player. He needs to be coached and learn quickly.

I'd take him in a heartbeat in the sense that it's £15m free, but I'm not sure he'd make the team. Would be an impact sub for me.

I agree that if he improves 10% he'd be on helluva player, but we've been saying that for 3 years. I think what he is now is the end product.

Bolasie=entertainment which is why so many of us love him. The difference is, we got him for £300k and have lower expectations (well, most of us do) than Everton fans. I hope he finds his form on Saturday morning

Got two assists already and I've seen them miss three or four sitters from his crosses as well. Everton fans come across like complete dicks, the previous game against Sunderland he absolutely tore them apart, bet they weren't on his back then.

He'll be their scapegoat when they lose because of the price tag.

Scousers are, almost without exception, entitled whining arseholes.

I have a very good friend whos an Everton fan,ive seen Palace at Goodison Park 3 times and been 8 times in all and the above is complete and utter tosh. They are knowledgable and extremely level headed when it comes to their football club largely due to living in the shadow of their closest rivals. The OP is referring to threads on fan forums so can I remind you of the s***e that is written on here on an almost daily basis everything from sack the manager/chairman to are we safe from relegation yet (current thread!!).They will love Bolasie up there,he is an honest lad and has been their most vocally supported player from the terraces for a reason.

Let's hope that the pair of whining arseholes Scott Dann and Martin Kelly don't read this forum

And quite right too. Everton fans would expect to see the performance of a £28 million (or whatever he went for?) player every week. He's definitely a star but on some nights he just doesn't shine.

He had a lot of love in the bank from us so we forgave his inconsistency. At the price they paid the Everton fans wont be so forgiving. He will have to keep counting his reported 95k pw to get over the stick he will get

I endorse these sentiments.
