This seems to be coming up a lot in several topics on here, it's obviously on our minds that's it's a problem within the team, however surely every club has this issue ? There are better players than others in the team, therefore they deserve more money? I think players like benteke who demand high wages yet don't try as hard as say mccarther should be docked. But players like zaha who in my eyes is quality, seems like he would be a bit of a cry baby about not being paid as much as others ? Is this really a major problem though in our team ? Or as I said earlier surely every team has the same issues to address ?

I think the wages issue is more effecting the disconnect between fans and players rather than an issue in the squad.

Exactly this... that's what I think. The question is do you think this is playing a factor in why we are s***e ? A lack of interest from some players because of are wage structure ?

If we have players that genuinely have got into a sulk because others are paid more, then these players clearly are a massive part of the problem. That is IF though.

Yes it is an issue within the swuad was brought up in a couple of the paper's a few months ago and I've been saying this for a while its over money I reckon but no doubt will come out in time we haven't gone from a top 10 side to losing every week we've out a problem in the camp so something isn't right

Or as I said earlier surely every team has the same issues to address ? Every team in all levels of football has players on differing contracts. However one clause that should be concentrating all of the Palace's players minds at the moment is their relegation one. This section in their contracts presumably will dent their incomes severely up to 40-50%!

I have said it in here before it all started with the signing of wickham. Glen Murray asked for an extra £5000 a week because Connor was on 80,000 we didn't say know but kept delaying it Bournemouth came in and offered what glen wanted. It all started with this and the signing of cabaye I know this from glens Dad. He is a greyhound owner up north.

Transfer window is an example of this. According to this board the issue is: Pardew or American owners or wages or not wanting to play for Allardyce or the fans. So which is it as all are stated as fact?
