Conceding Late Goals

It's becoming a joke now. We've conceded 16 goals after the 76th minute this season, the only team with a worse record is Sheffield United, who have let in 17. By my calculation those goals have cost us ten points. I haven't had a look but feels as though it was the same story last season too. So, what is going on? Is it a fitness issue? A concentration issue? Both? Is it because the manager doesn't make enough substitutions? We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

Like set pieces it is a problem. I don't believe that we truly "shut up shop" when we should or waste time - like other teams - when we could.
