I've just got this real unerring feeling for all the talk of bony and benteke that we might end up with Robson-Kanu. He's definitely not going to hull and he's in talk with an unnamed club. Plus with all his Welsh mates here I just think we will end up with him. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it's hardly the marquee signing we need up top.

I am aware of that like I said it's not a bad thing. I don't think we will get bony as he will be a makeweight in the stones deal. And I don't think we will pay over the odds for benteke. There's lots of time left and I'm glad to be wrong.

There's no evidence is there that the unnamed club is Palace? I Think its unlikely that we would go just yet from strikers like Sakho, Benteke or Berahino to a long servung Reading winger?
