Really good article Dan, I hope we give him time to adjust to the Prem. At 20 we've got potentially years ahead with him. During preseason he looked solid and composed on the ball. We shouldn't forget he's 20 and will be expected to make some mistakes, wise to keep him out of the firing line for the time being. Can only imagine the pressure he's feeling, new club, not a great start, manager who signed him and previously worked with him under the cosh. Early season formation aside, the squads defence really does look on paper a lot stronger with the signings of Sakho, Fosu and Jairo.

When you hear correspondents talking of us having anything up to 7 CB's and 1 striker, it's difficult to defend (excuse me).

The frustrating thing is probably 2 or maybe 3 away for a decent 18 and you can fill the rest younger players like Kai Kai. I've rate TFM , RLC and of course Sakho. You add a Vorm and an a.gray and adama troare. I don't we could complain with that. We are where we are, unless we get a free agent striker, we relying on Benteke fitness. Big gamble.
