Cheeky beggars brought him back six months later saying he needed work doing on his teeth and asking us to pay. I think we split the difference. Especially if they get locked in a garage or shed for a bit, tough little blighters they are. Our cat went missing for 3 weeks last year. Came back one day looking like a skeleton so assumed it must've been locked in a shed. Whilst she was gone 2 wood pigeons decided they could now stroll around our back garden like they owned it. That lasted about 30 mins after she got back, then there was 1 pigeon.
