This post has been merged from a topic called 'Why do we need to sign Alex Song?' by james03 This would be us making a bit more of a statement in our transfer policy (as opposed to picking up Mutch and Lee last year).. He is a cut above what we have (cabaye excluded) and would free up Cabaye to be a bit more attacking which I feel would benefit him and us massively. McCabSon would be a combo Id love to see
