A few of my posts this morning have appeared twice. The first time it happened, on the assumption that I'd accidentally hit the 'Post' button twice, I edited and deleted the 2nd post, however the edit appeared on BOTH posts. Does anyone know why this happens, and if it's preventable?

A rare bug that I’ve never been able to work out how to fix it - if that happens then the best fix is to log out and log back into your account.
