Amazes me how he gets in ahead of jonny, bannan, even ward , yes he tackles and tracks back but isn't Jedi good enough to do that role , kg has no creative spark and the team as a whole becomes far to defensive , I know some people like him but we need to create chances ,hopefully Ledley and ince will come in for kg and Jerome against west brom ???thoughts anyone , expect to be shot down tho lol

He's not the best going forward but he performs that role of holding midfielder really well, as well as becoming an extra defender when necessary. Massively underated player for us. I think we play best when we start with him and Jedi in the first half, and then adapt by bringing in a more attacking midfielder second half if we need to.

I hope TP don't play Ledley behind Chamakh. he will be far better alongside Jedi/ Puncheon can play there instead of Jerome. Ince and Yannick on the wings. Ledley for KG. Dann might take the place of Gabbidon as well. Whether TP will wish to introduce all 3 we shall see on Saturday. Gayle might even figure, after his good performance against them in the Cup. We need the speedy types against them not the brutes. COYP !!!!!!

Never rated KG much, he does his job but he is crap going forward, for instance yesterday I was screaming at KG to get in the box and help out, but he stood there looking clueless watching on while the Palace and Arsenal players scrambled to get the ball, this team was crying out for someone like Ledley to slot into that role.
