How anyone can chop up and kill a defenceless animal is quite beyond me... there are some truly horrible cvnts out there

This has been going on for quite sometime now. Not a week goes by without hearing that another cat has gone missing. Next door cat went missing and a few days later they had the collar posted through their letter box.

For me, this kind of crime rates up there with the worst, simply because its the product of cruelty for the sake of gratification. It invariably is either the product of a sick mind or damaged person, who probably represents a threat to human society. I can see how people can kill each other, kill to eat but this kind of callous cruelty suggests to me someone who will become a threat to society.

This sounds like someone who is fulfilling a need to torture and kill (sadism), or otherwise experiencing some kind of mental illness (such as paranoid schizophrenia - sometimes delusions and paranoia can manifest in targeting animals). Should really be a red flag for mental health and police investigation, sooner or later I suspect they'll be otherwise dealing with the same person or people targeting vulnerable people in society.

Are these cats all killed down secluded roads then? Because if someone so much as takes a piss in the street the CCTV turns up on the News Shopper website and we're advised to contact Crimestoppers if we know the identity of the perpertrator. But someone can commit dozens of crimes of this nature and leave no evidence.

Do hope this said tongue in cheek as would hate to think you unable to appreciate the difference between cats catching birds and some person torturing and killing pets!
