Out having a meal on Saturday night when two blokes at the table next to me were talking about Clint Eastwood and some of his films. Conversation started up with us all discussing which were our favourites. Personally I loved play misty for me , tightrope, Bridges of Madison County and high plains drifter. Which are your favourites.

Gran Torino - An American Harry Brown. Just sums up the modern world today Where Eagles Dare - some of the most wooden acting of all time and a plot that it looked like even the actors didn't get but it has stuck with me since I first saw it. I remember way back, we had our first VHS machine and i watched it over and over again
Clinton is Clinton. I have known him for a long time, I know his mother... Simon Jordan |

He has done a ton of blinders. All the westerns are superb with the Leone trilogy being the pinnacle. Can't pick a winner from the 3. Coming just under is High Plains Drifter and Other non western highlights The Dirty Harrys are all worth seeing but a bit dated now Was massively dissapointed with Gran Torino

It would be easier to say which ones are not very good as there are very few of those.
The ones I could watch endlessly are probably; Magnum Force Many others I could watch most days, The Dollars Trilogy of course and some of his later movies like In the Line of Fire, Absolute Power,Unforgiven Gran Torino and Blood Work are very enjoyable. The only ones I don't like particularly are Bronco Billy, Joe Kidd and the awful Dead Pool. Edit, and I absolutely hate Kelly's Heroes. Edited by Hrolf The Ganger (12 Oct 2016 12.05pm)

Million dollar baby was good. Didn't go anywhere along the lines of what I was expecting it to.
