"Right turn Clyde" is actually from 'Every Which Way you Can", the sequel. I only know this because I recently watched the first film, and was surprised it wasn't in the movie.

I knew it was one of them. Loved them as a kid.

Call yourself Clint Eastwood fans?

Sorry Sergio, Lee and Eli. All that effort.

They were mentioned 3 times before your post

I really can't cope with the Bridges of Madison County and I've seen seen the film a few times - if you're prone to tears the book is worse.

Tenuous link to Clint (one of his films are included in this) but the below is good entertainment if you fancy yourself a film buff. Had to cheat to get 2 of them but I'm sure someone out there can get them all. The prize draw entry is well expired but good fun. I'm hoping that the link below doesnt show my answers as it does when I open it.

Also - is no one going to mention the fact that Michaela was listening to someone else's conversation in a restaurant?

Out having a meal on Saturday night when two blokes at the table next to me were talking about Clint Eastwood and some of his films. Conversation started up with us all discussing which were our favourites.

Personally I loved play misty for me , tightrope, Bridges of Madison County and high plains drifter.

Which are your favourites.

When I first noticed this topic and started reading the post, I thought to myself that my favourite Clint Eastwood film would be well down the list of any that might come up - but it was actually the first one you mentioned!

Play Misty for Me was a brilliant film and I have always considered it my favourite of Clint Eastwood's. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly was excellent as well, and probably my all-time favourite western.

Haven't seen either one for years though, I'll have to watch them again!

Yep, but The Outlaw Josey Wales just edges it for me:

I thought his best one was when he took on all the Sheffield Wednesday fans single handed.....oh hang on, that was Clint Hill
