Race Courses, Golf Courses, Cricket Grounds, Football Grounds etc....Pubs/Clubs shut down and converted into flats They will all be sold off eventually if we continue to let hordes of immigrants pile into our country at a phenomenal rate as we currently are. Any of you complaining about this latest outrage to sell off one of our National Hunt iconic race courses that voted Remain in the June referendum can now apologise to those of us that didn't just consider our economy, but the very fabric of England and the UK when we voted Leave. The King George VI Chase has been run at Kempton on Boxing Day since 1937.... Never mind though.... we need more starter homes for Polish migrants and Syrian refugees.

It's a shame to see it go. Assuming from a financial sense its no longer viable for them to keep it open . Be nice to have some housing for the indigenous people who are stuck private renting at an extortionate cost each month and can't get anywhere from the local authority and can't afford to buy either.

Near Sunbury? Houses on that plot will go for top dollar and the developer will try to negotiate 5% housing association in the far corner with its o n slip road entrance.

My post in rl would have a sarcastic tone to it. By law they have to allocate so many of them to social housing now but they will go to those who know how to play the effing system no doubt. Not that I am bitter much. Twice my family have been faced with homelessness after landlords have sold the properties I have been living in. On one such occasion my daughter was weeks old. Council couldn't have given a flying f*** about us. Told outright all the time there was a wage earner in the household we could private rent and therefore would effectively be overlooked in favour of those who were not in work. Proposed to send me to a bed and breakfast comprising one room in Dover when we had jobs locally and my children were settled in a local school. Meanwhile pictures were doing the rounds of migrants / asylum seekers being given bed and board in the local travel lodge
