I haven't seen that many of his films, but of the ones I have watched I would say Bullitt is my favourite. Great score by Lalo Schifrin, too.

I was going to mention The Blob, too! Definitely one for anyone into '50s sci-fi/horror films. It wsa Steve McQueen's movie debut, I believe.
