I do enjoy listening to our manager give press conferences. After the nonsense and excuse making of Pardew, the "lets draw all our games" mantra of Allardyce, and the incessant Northern whining of Colin (just to name a few in recent memory).
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

I like it that there's no getting carried away if there's a win. We cannot afford not to drive for every point, especially vs the bottom 14 clubs. If the players falsely start believing they're superstars again then they're done and the opposition always look like they can score 2+ goals.

Noticed you have scored a lot of late goals - fitness must be good (very much so compared to us!) and despite not playing well your still getting results out of the bag.

Roy Hodgson is a man of unimpeachable integrity, a man of erudition and man of real dignity - a gentleman straight and true. He is also a highly experienced and capable football manager and well respected in the game.He really is a 'Gloucester Old Spot' of hams and we are privileged to have him as our manager.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

One cannot help thinking that had Hodgson been appointed before the start of the season we would have a few more points on the board. But that is history - at the present our 'Direction of travel' is encouraging and the future does look a lot brighter than it was looking after 7 games, all of which we lost.
