I'd say that I don't support Gervais's politics because he actually endorsed Corbyn at the last election. However, I have to hand it to him for his pointed and amusing criticisms of 'woke' Hollywood and the 'go along to get along' nature of its actors......and especially the US 'woke' corporations who are part of it all. But as for his actual politics....no thanks...while I agree with him on free speech the rest of what he believes is a bit 'woke' himself. But he doesn't appear to be a hypocrite and that always gets respect from me. #annoyingly I misspelt his surname in the title....apologies. Edited by Stirlingsays (08 Jan 2020 10.56am)

Hollywood has always been a cesspool.....how could it not be? Look at the type of people that business attracts....I'd say 50 percent of them couldn't be trusted with anything. But what really grinds the gears about Hollywood is the faux morality and the back slapping.
