Given that it’s a flying object that hasn’t been identified, then yes; it’s a UFO! Incidentally UFOs doesn’t have an apostrophe, as you’ll see from the link

US to launch space plane again For years there have been rumours about a hypo sonic plane probably unmanned called Aurora. I am not sure if this is the same one but for those who believe in UFO's the US probably has lots of experimental aircraft they would rather the public misidentify.
