Unfortunately I think that Mrs May is one of the non box office nowadays. As a life long Tory I thought that she was a breath of fresh air when she took over and I used to enjoy watching her make a fool of Corbyn every Wednesday on Prime Ministers Question Time but the recent General Election changed all that when she tried to make the election presidential and found to her cost that Corbyn was a far better rabble rouser than she was.

Ever since then she seems to have lost her sparkle and even on Andrew Marr show on Sunday she had her most insincere look on and when asked if Boris was unelectable she just changed the subject rather than attempt an answer

Unelectable? He's never lost an election.

I think you mean unsackable anyway.

Theresa May has been under huge pressure since the election.
She has to make the speech of her life this week.

I just think the last thing the Tories need right now is another leadership challenge. Whether for or against membership before - the very best Brexit outcome should be top of everyones list of deliverables. And if Boris doesn't play ball, of course he should be sacked - and if he wants to create mischief on the back benches, then so be it - at least Theresa May will have shown who's boss. They're too busy for the next two years to mess about - the best deal should be the only game in town.

I think 'mischief' would be an understatement. It would split the party. Boris is the most popular figure in the membership.

I'm pretty certain sacking Johnson is the least best option.

I'd like to say I'm pretty apolitical when it comes to party politics - I am interested in the issues of the day though, and very interested in Brexit. But TM is undermined either way - so sack Boris and replace him with Michael Gove - et tu Michaelus again!

Yep. Misinformed.

The mug thing has been covered on here before. Turned out to be stuff and nonsense if I remember rightly and was actually raising money for a forces charity. Yet you drag it up again.

I still can't believe you are getting so upset by a satirical song sing by middle aged ladies.

The problem with your posts Nick is that most of the time you simply post links to articles that have very little or any substantiation and yet decry those who post similar unsubstantiated arguments as being later 'stuff and nonsense'.

The irony is palpable and smacks of school playground tactics where if you sling enough muck some of it will stick, regardless as to whether there is any truth to the matter.

Ultimately you'll believe everything you read if it suits your agenda but not if it doesn't; all the while leaving yourself open to critique in the process. Don't get me wrong you're certainly NOT the only one, mind.

Has ANY of what you've posted on here been anything to do with the Conference yet; which is the title of the thread YOU started?

Lets be honest Skinner has being doing just this for years within the Labour party; but is that a bad thing? i'd suggest having members keeping the hierarchy on their toes is a good thing.

Let's hope this is the message put forward at 'Conference'.

We really HAVE to challenge Labour on where the money is coming from as part of their ludicrous "Costed" programme and the effect this will have on individuals and the country at large.

They got off 'Scot free' during the election campaign - This cannot happen again.

Off to bed - looking forward to 'Conference' tomorrow.

I think the Tories should be more concerned about getting their own house in order first TBH Willo...if you dont have good foundations from which to make challenges then it simply wouldn't work.

I have no allegiance to any party, having voted for 3 different ones in the last 3 elections but I do feel that the Tories are being sidetracked by too many things (largely of their own creation...starting with BREXIT) to start pointing the finger at anyone else.

Tell me.
Do Labour have a minion planted on every football club website? Is it one of their tactics?

Just for the record, I think you should be banned for constantly using this site as a Labour Party campaigning tool. It's getting very tedious.
