And here is an extra Sunday bonus for you FH, this album was recorded in Abbey road studios at the same time the Beatles were recording Sgt. Peppers. There was a lot of interaction going on between the two bands...
The album sleeve contains a short text written by keyboardist Argent quoting William Shakespeare's The Tempest. The misspelling of "odyssey" in the title was the result of a mistake by the designer of the LP cover, Terry Quirk (who was a friend of bassist Chris White). The band tried to cover this up at the time of release by claiming the misspelling was intentional.
The Zombies - Odessey and Oracle (1967)
1. "Care of Cell 44" Rod Argent 3:57 2. "A Rose for Emily" Argent 2:19 3. "Maybe After He's Gone" Chris White 2:34 4. "Beechwood Park" White 2:44 5. "Brief Candles" White 3:30 6. "Hung Up on a Dream" Argent 3:02 7. "Changes" White 3:20 8. "I Want Her, She Wants Me" Argent 2:53 9. "This Will Be Our Year" White 2:08 10. "Butcher's Tale (Western Front 1914)" White 2:48 11. "Friends of Mine" White 2:18 12. "Time of the Season" Argent 3:34

Indeed G O'S did a song called Clare I had in my mind another version and I was convinced it was Colin Blunstone.
Anyhoo reckon it's well worth going to a Zombies gig...

Mr A: Surely it was Gilbert O'S who sang Clare, not Colin Blunstone?
Well done with getting us all the good music, especially from the nostalgia groups.

Good German band this, most of their music is jams, they would play for hours in an old Dusseldorf cinema which was soundproofed with loads of old mattresses.
When they found something they were happy with they would release it as an album.
