If a person wants to refer to someone else as "scum" and have their reasons for it, then that's their opinion which they are perfectly entitled to.

I'm in and out of London on a regular basis and down to watch the boys most home games, it's a different animal to the London I grew up in, even New Cross & Bermondsey have a quieter feeling about them.

Jaime is the man for legal matters. I suppose if you had gone off on one and turned it into a 'speech' peppered with more nastiness then 'yeah' of course that is illegal nowadays.
