I like a leader to be strong. Someone like Pol Pot or Idi Amin. Trump is quite liberal in a lot of ways, personal freedoms and small state being examples. Not so much when it comes to the immigrants and the gays though.

Not the adjective I would use! I have seen that statement which, even by his low standards, was completely ridiculous. He made claims that have no known foundation and has stirred up a load of Trump supporters who are now behaving in a threatening way. I hope that in time he faces some charges over this.

I heard one of the senior state officials describing it earlier. It's impressive. It varies a little by state but the reason it is taking so long is the care being taken. The only court case so far that the Republicans have won is to allow their observers in one state to stand closer. There really is though nothing to see here. Literally.
