Socialists do. Hmmm. I heard this really interesting anecdote yesterday. This guy went to see some radiowave transmitters in West London, and the best view you get of them is by climbing up an underfunded hospital. When you get to the top, this huge tower of white ultra modern dishes is in front of you. Why are they there? Because they are the fastest means of transmitting data. They transmit it half a millisecond faster than fibre optics, and this allows supercomputers used by high frequency traders to make decisions that bit faster, thus making them a packet more. How is it that we dont invest in the crumbling hospital but do invest billions in these ventures, operated by an international faceless minority, with stocks and portfolios from some of the most corrupt and debased groups on the planet? Thatcher.

Trump has removed most of the post crash legislation against finance and his first act as president was the biggest tax cut for the rich in US history. He is Capitalism's final form, stripped of any pretensions to moral decency, just a fat cat with some dental floss on its head and a dick controlled twitter account.

I know socialists only like tax hikes, but the tax cuts are a good thing for the US. Many companies gave out bonuses to staff and people are seeing more cash in their monthly wages. I think it'll help the economy and time will tell. And it's a bit rich for a socialist to talk about "moral decency" when socialism is totally immoral – being legalised theft and the idea that because you even exist, I owe you something. Remember, people living at starvation point in the world has dropped 80% since 1970 due to capitalist ideals such as free trade and property rights. Edited by Penge Eagle (02 Jul 2018 11.13pm)

Edited by Penge Eagle (02 Jul 2018 11.13pm) That is an excellent thing of course. But there remains a dangerous instability about the global economy which is putting most people in precarious situations. Since 2008 we have seen the largest fall in wages in the UK since the Napoleonic wars. That is a trend consistent in many other Western nations, as is the fact that the elite in each money have effectively shielded and even increased their wealth at the same time. We should probably be scrptical about that figure too. Not that greater access to international healthcare and aid havent been a force for good in many poor regions, but the threat of ecological destruction means that many of those lives remain precarious. That China is mainly responsible for a large proportion of those removed from poverty shows it was neither exclusively free trade which was responsible, nor was it always done morally purely. Socialism isn't theft. Property is theft. Socialism hasn't stripped away 90% of the Amazon and destroyed the communities who live there. It is a humanistic endeavour, asking how we can use and allocate the technologies and resources at our disposal for the many not the few.

White middle and upper being the top tier. Everything else comes under ‘inferior race’.

Tax isn't theft because individuals wouldn't be able to earn the money they do without a successfully functioning society to enable it. Without tax you can't pay for the institutions and services. Without those institutions the society isn't there to make money off. One needs the other.....However, lower tax is always better than too high tax.....that'w because too high frightens away investment. Property isn't theft because no one really owns it to steal it off in the first place.....as it isn't communal either......dirt is dirt and is just another commodity that we trade. Communism was tried.....it failed....and it failed multiple times and with the largest pile of skulls over any other political method. As usual it's the ones who believe in utopias who create the really awful regimes that history remembers.
