You clearly haven't seen his schedule then.

He won't see it. Nor will he see the protests the Scottish are apparently having in Glasgow and Edinburgh, that we've had to give 5 million pounds of funding for the policing of, as he's not going to either of those places.

He’ll see it. It will be all over the internet and the news and his beloved Twitter. He won’t be able to escape it.

er it already is. If that is the sum of what they want to achieve then there's no point doing anything on Friday, which is only going to waste millions of pounds of our taxes and make the country look childish.

You want to protest in public, you pay the costs. That's how it works with policing football, this should be no different. Then see how keen people are to act like petulant idiots, while inconveniencing numerous people who would prefer to get on with their lives.

No matter what dickhead is is charge of the USA we will welcome him/her, I hope....

It's the least we can do after the poor b*****d had to meet Mrs May.

The Queen will sort it out, as ever.

Which number are you Mr.President?

I think she goes as far back as Eisenhower.

I wasn't aware that public marches/demonstrations had to pay for policing? If they did we would indeed have very few petulant idiots protesting and presumably also very few worthwhile protests.

Already the case, as this one proves.

The lads a tool, probably the first time that I thought someone is a tool BEFORE they run a country but im sure it wont be the last...

Being a tool doesnt automatically make you a bad leader, but we still should welcome him over here...on paper...

Protests and demonstrations should not be discouraged though, he will hear that some people here wont like him and he wont care, he knows that the people who like him would follow him if he molested a kitten on live tv and fox news will be saying that previous governments have been too soft on cats...he will still be followed by the same people whatever he does and whatever we do. The government have had to suck up to far worse people than trump, thats their job...

Approval ratings.

Trump: 42 -47%
May: 35%
Trudeau: 35%
Macron: 32%

Yet Trump gets massively negative media coverage overall, whereas the others get a comparably easier ride.

It shows the disconnect between the media and the wider public. Too much of the media is left wing compared to the public it is meant to be serving.

The average IQs of the various groups in the US don't differ that much from the same groups anywhere else in the world. In fact in some regards they are a bit higher.

To be fair to any electorate....they only get the choices they are given.

Often, it's only a choice between a kick in the nuts and a knee in the stomach.
