What you are seeing is the diversity industry in action and it's now funded to the tune of many millions and employs god knows. Race and the whole 'racism' thing is only going to get heightened as that industry grows more powerful....A Tory government will keep it in check but institutionally and corporationally it will continual to strengthen.
