Which is weird as Mr Google tells me prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.

I have spent this week observing first hand how senior leaders discount our brightest managers, who happen to be African. Partially I believe it is due to their upbringing which emphasises respect and humility. Yesterday I ‘pointed this out’ for 45 minutes to the CEO. This is the lived experience of black people. Probably also pakistani, Bangladeshi and Filipino for example.
