The issue here is does anything actually happen about it? I suspect that if we see a spring/summer of rioting then the Democrat administration will crack down hard on BLM and this angle will be used by way of FBI arrests and so on.

The US has some pretty draconian laws in terms of fraud and so on and has form for using them by way of taking down those who become a nuisance.
