Is this really a done deal? We all know what he can do. yes hes better than anything we have but the guy is disruptive,there should be a clause in hes contract that he is sacked if he steps out off line.

I think Pardew's a great man-manager but this could be a challenge too great. If we can get him on a deal just until the end of the season, that would be ideal. See where we go from there.
