Yes, we have 3 fit strikers (currently) but if you have to take into consideration the injury record of both Wickham and Benteke. Add to the mix the poor scoring records and the reliance on these 3 is very much a gamble. I think we can agree that although we would probably all like a little more creativity from midfield, we dont seem to have had a huge issue actually creating opportunities its the converting of the chances that has alluded us and which has contributed to our current lowly standings. If we are only to bring one more player in it surely has to be a goalscorer.

In terms of a 'Goalscorer' these cost money and our financial constraints limit our options.Javier Hernandez is a good finisher in the penalty box but he is out of the equation.Looking at the Championship, Teemu Pukki,Neal Maupay and Che Adams have scored goals but they won't be coming as they won't be Free or would be allowed to come on loan.Not heard of any interest in them to-date. I wondered about RLC as a possible loan as another poster alluded to. Sarri has previously said he’s not available, Chelsea are still in four competitions and have also sold Fabregas. However, he’s not getting much game time and has previously said he would review his position should this be the case. Also, Hudson Adoi seems to have moved ahead of him in the pecking order. So RLC May be a ‘slight’ possibility...

Better to wait until the summer, when ayew will leave and I doubt we will extend sakos contract...

Funnily enough, a Chelsea mate is concerned that if they go all out to keep him from moving to Germany then RLC will want out as he'll see it as being over-looked yet again. Will this be five? Don’t get your hopes up. There’s some realigning of the club’s finances and squad going on so that is the priority above buying players who we’re unsure of or making up numbers, unless we need to buy players so we can play 11 v 11 properly in training which parish said and I’m amazed by.
