Benteke was £27m plus add-ons. Given our situation I doubt they will trigger.

In the opinion of my missus, who is usually spot on, he is just lazy. He has more to give, he is one of those strikers who can be in the right place at the right time when he is firing on all cylinders. Looked a bit half-hearted so far.

Perhaps Fonte, but I guess that if he had wants to come back then he would have. If we get PVA in, perhaps a CDM then I would feel that we have done OK. Now we have Zaha back and a more balanced defence, I think we have reasons to be cheerful.

I agree I feel the second half of the season will go much better and our team looks complete. Especially with Remy back who's looked great so far. I was just commenting on the team seems to be paying too much on certain transfers, but I guess the markets like that now for most.
