Not guitar but... One of the best gigs I ever saw was The North Mississippi Allstars.During the gig, Cody Dickinson played a washboard through a wah wah pedaland various other effects... Amazing.

Watched both those bands on OGWT in the 70's! Johnny Winter (and his brother Edgar) were a bit weird looking, but sure could play guitar!
