I don't know if anyone reads The Secret Footballer Books, but his latest one released in 2014 had a good chapter on Gary Neville and he accurately predicted the Neville would step up into management and fail pretty miserably at it.

A large contingent turned up at the training ground after the Barca hammering...I cant see him walking away he'd have to be sacked and im not so sure that would happen until the end of the season

Once the crowd mete out the "White Handkerchief" treatment this normally signals the end of the manager.This happened to Bobby Robson at Barcelona.

I'm pretty sure his deal only runs to the end of the season so no need to sack him, if they let him carry on until then.
