Depressed in winter

I like all the wrapping up and a hot chocolate and so on. Just something about this time of year that makes me feel quite sad. I have anaemia and low vitamin d levels but take prescribed supplements for this . Ironically the blood test showed low vit d during all the hot sunny weather we had which is a bit strange

I can't really hack hot weather any more (unless I'm lounging on a Greek beach), what with all the humidity and sh*t that goes with it. I quite welcome the winter. Also have no problem with the clocks going back - I like darkness.

I have so much more energy now and nowhere near as tired it's more the slump in mood. Maybe I actually need to go back for some more blood tests

Winter is my favourite time of year, I just wish I was spending the winter in Slovakia like last year Edited by Ouzo Dan (10 Nov 2016 8.48am)
