"mindless religious people". People believe in all sorts of things - some even believe in socialist economics. As for the posts about being 'judgemental', we are judgemental every day of our lives, and a good thing too, would be chaos if we did not make judgements about all sorts of things and act accordingly. Not to say that sometimes our judgements are wrong. We have now sunk to a depth at which the restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men. [Orwell]

Maybe they're referring to the resurrection on judgement day rather than more common views of transcendence following death
