Ok, I read in the press last year that Jose wanted him to pick a position and stick to it rather than fall in to a utility player role. Jack of all trades. Jose wanted him to decide what he wanted to be CB or DM. No idea what he picked but do not think he'll be loaned out to anyone as a wing back.

This would be really good move for us and fits the bill perfectly. If we can pad out the squad with decent loan signings, saving money for January or next seasons transfer window then great. Let's hope the Frank connection plays into our hands.

Unsure , chambers can play right back but his preferred position is a cb. I think we could do with both.
