At my age, more like four months. I literally spend the whole year trying to lose the weight I put on during holidays now. 6 weeks of overindulgence and 10 months of suffering.

Three gym visits a week = aching shoulders, sore back, creaking knees, etc just to equalise my intake of Timothy Taylor’s Landlord. Ah, well. It’s worth it.
