What I don’t understand is, some of the media state it is against racism, whilst others say it is against all forms of discrimination. Also why do we have to see it before all MOTD highlights.?Can someone enlighten me please?

Be thankful for small mercies. When this self-conscious charade started, it was shown on MotD at the start of every featured game. What still bugs me, though, is that which ever commentator is handling the first game feels the need - or, more probably, has been ordered - to tell us what the players are doing and why.

Do you not see that while the west has spent so long self flagulating about all this woke bollox; alongside helping the world's biggest super power to become a laughing stock by sticking old man biden in the white house. Putin has decided that we can't defend ourselves and has also decided to potentially start a world war. That's aside of China coming in the other direction.
When the bombs start dropping you can sit round a camp fire singing cum by ya and feeling ever so content that some bloke can put a dress on and go in the girls toilet.

I won't be watching F1, they can do one after last year's debacle. I have no interest in who wins it. Last one I liked was Senna.

I know why you're feeling this way AS, but the final race last year was a blip. The FIA have clarified the rules and the bloke who managed the races has been moved on.

This season should be be much better as the new regulations will even out team performance for a while. Hamilton has a fiery new British team mate and Verstappen has a new car which has performed well so far in testing.

Haas have kicked out their Russian sponsor and driver and our other British driver, Norris, will be pushing hard too.

The last driver I really liked was Jim Clark, but I still find the whole F1 technology thing fascinating.

 

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.
