As such the delay in announcing was due to us trying to tie him down to a longer deal. Ah yes a source... If he is a crock why would we want a longer deal? Its a loan anyway. But he has signed now.

Hopefully he comes in and looks at the recent history of our strikers and says "Let's show them how it's done." He is young, has something to prove, is big, quick and looks unpredictable. Welcome to Palace big man and good luck

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Can only be good news for reasons above particularly if website correct in saying Option to buy rather than there being an Obligation after so many starts-as reported elsewhere.

Hakuna Mateta. Welcome fella. I hope he comes with a good bit of confidence and bags a goal early. Can't do any worse than our strikers in recent years and from his videos it looks like he'll at least give the opposition something to think about. Seems like a well structured deal for us and it's in an area we need more competition. Fingers crossed he becomes a club legend

Hopefully he's a success. If so you can see a Sorloth type deal being done where we sell on and share the profit. If he follows our usual forward signatures we can out him. Good way if spending Meyers wages

When you consider the noises being made in woke land about rugby head injuries which are fast moving into football re heading of the ball, it surely won’t be long before we see massive claims against the sports and a complete change, eg no heading. I think the problem with heading is the training rather than match day. Now, I know it's an art and you need to practice, but the repeat heading every day in training is what does the damage over time from what I understand from the research, not the few times each player heads it in a match. The heading training ball and/or technique needs to change. With regards to knees I expect that's all covered in insurance/contracts.

The fact that it is an 18 month deal tells me he is our signing for our new manager rather than our current one
