Still don't blame him for the decision being a lifelong Chelsea fan however feel that if it does continue in such a manner, he'll have to move sooner than later to see anything even resembling a fulfilling career. Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I think many predicted the 'stay beloved and playing first team football and maybe int'l too at Palace' or go to Chelsea and be kept in the cloakroom just in case you may prove useful at some point.

Still don't blame him for the decision being a lifelong Chelsea fan however feel that if it does continue in such a manner, he'll have to move sooner than later to see anything even resembling a fulfilling career.

I believe that under Tuchel we had a chance of getting him back. Under Potter, I think not and we should move on to a different player. There were several players available for less than the £27m purportedly offered by us, all who are of a similar standard and a couple who I reckon are better, although maybe not quite as good at running around like a lunatic. Good player, could have been great for us, but we should definitely move on.

I believe that under Tuchel we had a chance of getting him back. Under Potter, I think not and we should move on to a different player.

There were several players available for less than the £27m purportedly offered by us, all who are of a similar standard and a couple who I reckon are better, although maybe not quite as good at running around like a lunatic.

Good player, could have been great for us, but we should definitely move on.

We may get a chance in January although I doubt any decisions will have been reached by then. Otherwise it’s going to be end of season and an awful lot will happen between now and then.

He got injured in the opening minutes of Chelsea's match at Newcastle in November and hasn't played since then.
He has made 20 appearances for Chelsea this season, the same number as Conor Gallagher.

He was happy here, smiling and playing his best football. It could even convince Wilf to stay.

He would make a massive difference to us as he is a playmaker and defensive mid. We could play him, doucoure and Eze in the centre.

I think if Chelsea were to let him leave (which could possibly happen if they sign the Argentinian lad) I think there might be bigger fish after him like Newcastle, while you'd also imagine Everton would throw their ring into the hat. At Chelsea he seems to be playing deeper which he wasn't very good at for us or WBA. Hopefully his career isn't killed by being a bit part at Chelsea.
