Here we go again. It's a sad state of affairs that a company like Palace can't fulfil it's statutory duties to file their accounts on time when larger and more complicated companies can manage it

Due to the size of the company they have to go in by post, so it’s possible they have been received For example last year’s were received by Companies House on15/6, but not put on the register until the 19/6.
