Confirmation that Cameron is to step down as PM by October in time for Conservative Party Conference. Surely Osborne will likewise announce his decision to step down as Chancellor given his joint leading orchestration of REMAIN calamity. Expect wholescale movement of Cabinet Ministers from their current positions as well...
