Was actually a pm chat with SloveniaDave that had a big influence. People were tutting at me in the polling station because it took me so long to put my x in the remain box.

Disagree. We see it all the time. Big lie splashed over front pages of papers for days, clarification that corrects the misinformation on page 11 in the corner in very small font. They shouldn't have used the lie in the first place. That's the core of the issue. Edited by nickgusset (24 Jun 2016 10.46am) You do it all the time! You've done it with your how people voted by age graphic. The small print reveals otherwise. Anyway, enough. They're playing The Beloved on the radio.

Really? He just wants to appear to be on the winning side and somehow convince us that this is good for Labour. If labour were dead and buried before they have now been scattered to the four corners of galaxy.

Aaah, my heart bleeds. They've speculated. What goes up can come down. What I'd also like to see is Chinese investors drop a bundle on their empty apartments by the Thames and Shoreditch. People who don't own properties. I voted for them and the youngsters who didn't see the housing crisis in years to come. I don't expect them to acknowledge or thank for it because they missed the thought of serving drinks in Europe for a year. But we need to actually stop free movement and renegotiate tariffs with the EU. BMW, Mercedes et al will help with 20% of cars coming to the UK. Free movement for me, isn't just undermining the UK, but also the nations which are providing a bulk of the that workforce, that have been experiencing a 'skill and brain drain' to provide low skill labout in the UK.

I am deeply ashamed of my fellow citizens this morning. I truly thought we were better than that. I knew that there were many selfish prats, and some who really believed we would be better off outside the EU, but I could not imagine it being a majority. The most depressing, shameful day of my 72 years. Edited by Wisbech Eagle (24 Jun 2016 9.56am) Change the record Grandad...... you posted that on another thread already!

Actually I think this could be good for Labour, if it can respond to the backlash it felt in a lot of traditional areas of support and engage with those issues.

If anyone believed any bulls***, that's their issue. I'm defending no-one. You have presented you graphic as how people voted by age, it's nothing of the sort. Don't be a hypocrite.

We're ok to use to accelerate their personal and national financial capital by taking earnings home but when it comes to a favour it's all forgotten. In fairness, our entries have been s**te I wouldn't have voted for them either.
