Was about to be signed but Sg Bilko stormed in and shouted "I object." After explaining the rules to the assembled masses they thanked Sg and wondered how they could be so stupid. They immediately cancelled the transfer and called the FA to ask if they wanted to dock points.

Flamini is a big upgrade on Jedi. He doesn't have his aerial strength but breaks up play and most importantly can pass the ball to a team mate

BREAKING NEWS: Bilko has strolled into the medical centre and kneecapped Flamini to save his beloved Palace from breaking Premier League rules. Steve Parish was present and tried to explain to Bilko that the transfer was in fact permissible, but Bilko decided that the chairman clearly didn't know what he was doing.
