Also the player on the ground should come in for some criticism - think it was Hazzard. If he wasnt rolling around like he needed medical treatment (when he was actually fine) then the incident wouldn't have occured. He's guilty of conning his club doctor as well as the ref!

As others have said... Mourinho directed his anger at both Carneiro and the physio. Both were shouted at, both were suspended. Why Carneiro and other "wimmin" are turning this into a sexism crusade is beyond me. Football will always have explosive characters/incidents because of the nature of the game. I managed a senior amateur team in Bristol and most weeks I had verbal exchanges with players/subs/officials/supporters using the most colourful language imaginable!

As others have said... Mourinho directed his anger at both Carneiro and the physio. Both were shouted at, both were suspended. Why Carneiro and other "wimmin" are turning this into a sexism crusade is beyond me. Football will always have explosive characters/incidents because of the nature of the game. If she is taking his advice then she won't be doing anything idiotic, they are sharp as anything. Ask our own tame one on these boards. But she may be aiming for a higher 'Courtroom Steps' payment a bit later on. This whole thing does depend upon her establishing racial and/or sexual discrimination which isn't all that easy. Using these protected characteristics as the rationale for the claim is the reason the liability is uncapped. They must feel confident. Probably the Chelsea offer (I am assuming also encompassing the Mourinho claim) is a 'Without Prejudice save as to costs' offer, aiming to avoid picking up her future litigation cost and to put pressure on her to agree without a lengthy hearing.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say that Roman has probably got access to better advice and barristers.

Chelsea are claiming that notes made at the time indicate that she didn't think that there was any racial or sexual discrimination involved and it seems that she is now back pedalling to get her hands on even more of the Chelsea loot.
