BTW I had a very smooth easy entry to ground,ticket/ID checked etc etc. Was there about 7 pm so hardly very early. Can't imagine what went wrong later.

By all accounts loads of people were daft enough to go via Brighton station so we're inevitably late to ground etc etc and frustration got better of them. I agree with post re train home. Am on it now and will likely miss last tube home from Victoria so big taxi fare beckons. That's a disgrace then... Hope you get home alright mate.
