WC Bargain players?

Not sure if anyone watched much of the U19 Euros but I thought Tavernier from Boro looked like a good prospect and the kind of signing I'd like to see us make and also Japhet Tanganga from Tottenham looked a very good player at CB. France completely outclassed us last night and they had some exceptional players.

The talk about England having a fantastic & world beating youth side is slightly burdening on these young lads when you saw the thrashing they got yesterday. There is still a lot of work to be done to catch the likes of France, Germany, Spain in terms of youth development and coaching. Wouldn't mind us getting a couple of those French players on loan... If at all possible.
